Do I need an appointment for service work?

You do not have to have an appointment. We do offer appointments if you would like to make one. To make an appointment for service work please call us at (877) 52CAR4U or locally at (334) 285-9300.

Do I need an appointment for an oil change?

No. Our Express Oil Change offers a 10 minute oil change with a 20 point inspection while you remain in your vehicle. Express Oil Change is open Monday thru Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm and Saturday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Can I bring my GM vehicle to Larry Puckett Chevrolet even though I purchased it from another dealer?

Absolutely! You can bring any GM vehicle into our Service department for service regardless of purchase location. We honor all factory warranties and most extended warranties.

What type of warranty do you offer on your services?

All work done by Larry Puckett Chevrolet comes with a 12 month/ 12,000 miles warranty from the date of the install.

Is a GM factory part really better than an aftermarket part?

Yes. Factory parts are made specifically to fit your GM vehicle. They have been engineered to the strict tolerances your vehicle requires. They offer superior protection and a nationwide warranty directly from GM.

Are your technicians GM Certified?

Yes. At Larry Puckett Chevrolet our technicians are GM Certified and ASE Certified. Their certification is an ongoing process as new technologies and vehicles are developed.

How do I contact Roadside Assistance?

If your vehicle is equipped with an active OnStar subscription, you can simply press the blue button for roadside service. If it is not equipped, you can call (800) 243-8872 to initiate roadside assistance for your vehicle.
